You may have seen my other questions,but I’m an 11 year old boy who has a little bit of arm muscle,and the growth of abs.I want to get more muscle mass on my arms,biceps,and abdomen area.I watched the karate kid(2010) and I noticed that jaden smith did push ups with his feet on a chair.And(I’m assuming)after a few weeks,it showed jaden making muscles in front of his mirror.His muscles are bigger than mine.I was wondering how he trained to get more muscle for the movie.Like what did he do.(Run on a treadmill,lift weights,hit a punching bag,etc…) Here is the link of the muscles I want,it’s the first picture….. http://www.examiner.com/x-14380-Celebrity-Fitness-and-Health-Examiner~y2010m6d10-Jaden-Smith-How-I-trained-to-prepare-for-the-Karate-Kid-remake-photos he has much more from the looks of that picture…….So can you give me advice and tips on how to gain more muscle mass? well the best thing to do for a kid your age is push ups, pull up/chin ups (chin ups work on biceps) , and different ab exercises that you can find online. The reason for these types of body weight work outs is because you are a bit too young to lift heavy weight, it will put to much strain on your joints. One myth is that that working out will stunt growth but this isn’t true, but you might hurt joints. I’ve used this ab exercise and its pretty good http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tDZRogSbbU

good luck, remember to eat healthy that is very important for muscle growth, eat lots of fruit and vegetables and lost of protein like chicken and tuna.
